Sea Air is situated on Woodspring Way, perfect for guests who want a warm and secure apartment at The Bay.

Enter through the secure communal door into a light and airy hall and stairwell.

Sea Air then has its own entrance door upstairs onto a wide and spacious hall with coat and shoe storage space. The bedrooms are off the hall and the living space is at the end. Travel cot and high chair for baby too.

Sea Air has a generous living space. There is a lounge area with new smart TV/DVD player, two new sofas, a dining area with table, chairs & bench, and a and galley kitchen off with washer-dryer, fridge (with small freezer space), hob, oven, microwave and all the pots and pans you will need.

Off the hall to the right is the main bedroom with a new kingsize bed and newly refitted ensuite shower room. The bedroom has a storage cupboard with hanging space, drawers, vanity area, and TV.

Across the hall is the second bedroom with full-size bunks, TV, drawers, and hanging pole for clothes. Next to the second bedroom is the newly fitted family bathroom with bath and shower over (with handheld shower too).

Sea Air is close to the meadows for walks and picnics, and you are welcome to use the lawned area in front of or behind the apartment for sitting out. All grounds are communal

There are parking bays on Woodspring Way, just outside the apartment.

This apartment is on the first floor, accessible via stairs only.
Please bring your own cot bedding.
Parking is on a first come first served basis. There are parking bays next to the apartment block plus two electric vehicle charging points - payment required.
